Summary

Apprentice will carry out a range of general and specialist roles across the hotel including Customer service in reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant service, Event and Exclusive Hire planning and co-ordination.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Spend time with Front of House Hosts learning the hotel booking systems.
  • Work alongside the Restaurant/bar manager to learn the functions of specific restaurants areas.
  • Work with the Head of Housekeeping to understand what good look like in boutique hotels.
  • Help to plan and execute events with the Exclusive hire manager.
