Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Daily duties will include:
- Reception duties
- Answering the phone, responding to queries or taking messages as appropriate
- Taking orders
- Filing
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Assisting with the processing of orders

- Maintain informative communication during service recovery.
