Summary
Petes Bun Shop are looking for a confident, quick-learning individual to lend a hand with their fast-paced business. Duties will include cooking and preparing food in a timely manner, following food hygiene standards, as well as preparing the kitchen ready for the next day. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Prepare, cook and make a selection of hot and cold food produce ready for consumption.
- Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen, adhering to high standards of EHO and Health and Safety.
- Communicating with management and maintaining stock levels.
- Delivering high quality catering services in a dynamic and customer focused environment.

Please note that your working hours will be split between our Abbey Manor Park location as well as our new location at Unit 14, The Parade Ground, Boundary Way, Yeovil, BA22 8HZ. You MUST be prepared to commit to your work and training for the duration of the apprenticeship. In some cases, you may be required to have a telephone conversation with Yeovil College prior to your application being passed on.
