Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

As Practice Manager, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities, and the results will benefit every colleague and every patient. From clinical and compliance accuracy to inspiring colleagues to train and develop their skills. From marketing that better connects your practice to your community to specialising in performance plans that expand our private offering.

This is a role that needs inspiring leadership and warm motivational skills. You’ll be highly organised; you’ll inspire others around you, and you’ll bring creative ideas to support the growth of your practice and the development of every colleague. You’ll be a motivator; you’ll have great people skills and you’ll be seen as the expert and leader in all aspects of quality dentistry.

Your training plan

There will be monthly masterclasses at Bradford College, the rest of your time will be spent in the practice.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade 9 - 4)
  • Maths (grade 9 - 4)

Other in:

  • Dental (grade Pass)

About this company

Dr Siddique is a highly trained dentist offering both NHS and Private dental treatment. He qualified in 2003 at the University of Liverpool and has since gone on to undertake further training in both restorative dentistry and Six month Smile Orthodontic work. In 2017 Dr. Siddique took over the practice and continues to carry out high quality dental work for many families in Dewsbury and the surrounding areas. As the practice has continued to grow, and go from strength to strength, we have expanded our team, to give you more choice of appointment options.

Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship, you may be offerd a full time position at the practice. There could also be a range of post graduate course to apply for, including Oral Health Practitioner and Dental Hygienist.
