Work

As a Housekeeper, you will...
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times
- Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas perfectly, ready for our customers
- Ensure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

What your apprenticeship includes
- A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
- A Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15 month programme
