Summary
Kicks and Tricks Ltd are looking for a Schools Sports Coach to join the team to develop and enhance the company's vision of offering high-quality, accessible and fun sports to children in Suffolk. You will work alongside and report to our Head Coach, shadowing his work in schools and learning to develop your own skills and delivery.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- You will be supported throughout the apprenticeship through face-to-face masterclasses, online portfolio, assessments, virtual workshops, learning forums and skills coaching
- You will deliver sessions in a school setting either in PE lessons, breakfast, lunch and after-school clubs across the week
- The opportunity to support with midweek and weekend sports coaching sessions, that include football, netball, tennis, gymnastics, archery and dance & performing arts
- You will be responsible for planning, preparing, delivering and evaluating your own sessions
- You will participate in necessary webinars, workshops and online learning toolkits which will enhance your cognitive understanding of the role

Your training plan
Sports Coach Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard:
- The training programme will consist of online learning, webinars, practical workshops and workplace visits from the tutor
- On completion of the programme, you will achieve a level 4 sports coach qualification
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
