Summary

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of mortgage applications and provide an outstanding customer service to all clients and to support our advisers. Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Delivering Administrative work to support key areas of the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst working pro-actively alongside them
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Efficiently and accurately submit client information and documents to chosen Mortgage lender
  • Understanding lender systems and basic criteria to produce an accurate lending decision
    Manage and research decline and maximum loan lending decisions.
  • Support the broker for them to find a solution for the client
  • Action any post-submission application amendments

  • Planning & prioritising: Consistently adheres to systems & processes using proficient IT skills, including risk, regulatory and governance requirements

Your training plan

You will attend our Traning Provider (Skills North East) Centre 1 day per week.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade Grade 4 or higher)
  • Mathematics (grade Grade 4 or higher)
