Monitoring compliance dates on expiry of essential compliance certificates. Putting tenants through referencing and monitoring the process.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your job duties will include:
- Admin duties
- Answering the phone
- Making calls to tenants to follow up maintenance jobs
- Ensuring the office is clean and tidy
- Booking appointments
- Scanning files
- Spreadsheet management
