Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and warm demeanour.
- Assist in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Learn to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
- Develop an understanding of The Plough's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Support the front-of-house team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a smooth operation.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold The Plough's standards of service and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.
