  • Lead & Inspire: Train, coach, and motivate your kitchen team to deliver top-notch food and service
  • Hands-On Management: Get involved in all aspects of the catering operation – from managing stock and costs to keeping our standards sky-high
  • Menu Magic: Help develop exciting, nutritious menus that children will love
  • Promotions & Events: Drive sales with fun promotions and special events
  • Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain our excellent standards

  • Training will be delivered through a mix of online and face to face workshops and coaching sessions, throughout the academic year
  • You could also gain your English and maths qualifications, as well as Highfield Level 2 Food Safety and Level 3 Allergen Management certifications
