You will be part of the Administration Team and supporting with sales & service. There is free tea, coffee & hot chocolate available in the office. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Preparing & sending workshop estimates.
- Processing sales orders.
- Raising delivery notes for completed jobs.
- Dealing with Customer Queries.
- Raising APC collections.
- Weekly scheduling with the workshop.
- Keeping the service inbox up to date.
- Liaising with suppliers and 3rd party suppliers.
- Scanning documentation.
- General administration duties as required to support the administration team.

Course contents
Your training plan
You will be working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification (an industry recognised Qualification) which is delivered via monthly 2–3-hour lessons with your assigned Trainer Assessor (TA) via teams. Throughout the month, you will complete self-led study which will include assignments, worksheets, projects, etc. and blended learning and development activities/training with your manager and shadowing team members. All learning will be completed at your workplace and during your working hours. Units that you will be studying include personal development, the organisation & policies, legislation & regulation, role fundamentals, stakeholders, and business fundamentals & processes.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- Maths and English (grade 4)
