Summary
The Mansfield Group have an exciting new vacancy for a Business Administrator Apprentice to work in their Birmingham Service Centre. You will learn and carry out day-to-day administration tasks that provide their customers with a time critical, conscientious service.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Daily duties consist of:
- Administration of our fleet maintenance schedules and daily tasks
- Assisting the Administration team and the Managers with all aspects of service centre administration, learning the job while working
- Liaising with the Police and officials and processing paperwork;
- Liaising with customers, handling queries
- Responding to emails, taking telephone calls and liaising with our customers face-to-face
- Carrying out day-to-day administration roles
- General filing

The Mansfield Group was established in 1978, over the past 15 years, the business has specialised in vehicle recovery, rescue, storage and repair providing services to all the major Motoring Organisations, Police, Council and Government Agencies. The Mansfield Group operates over 180 specialist rescue and recovery vehicles and provides its geographical footprint from a total of eleven service centres across the Central, Northern and Southern geographical areas of the Country. Each Service Centre as one or two Administrators, offering support to ensure the centre runs smoothly.
