Summary

We are currently seeking a new apprentice to work in our factory and attend Wolverhampton College on day release. The successful candidate will experience various roles and departments during the first year whilst studying basic engineering qualifications before deciding on which area to continue with more focused training and a career with Fern.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

2 days per week at college during term time.

On the job training at Fern on other days, rotating through all departments:

  • Printing section
  • Toolroom
  • Quality
  • Technical
