Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Producing documents and process maps.
- Ensuring document and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain information accurately onto various IT platforms.
- Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
- Effectively liaise with internal and external customers through various communication methods in response to their queries.
- Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives improving customer experience and efficiencies.
- Work within Government regulated guidelines and timeframes.
- Administration support and project work involvement.

GCSE in:
