Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide technical assistance to our colleagues
- Adopt a friendly, engaging and “can do” approach to all Bromford colleagues
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- To answer and provide technical support to Bromford colleges via phone email or remote assistance, providing first time fix resolution
