Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children
  • Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills
  • Knowledge of the Children Act & Children’s Homes Regulations
