Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide deskside and remote IT support to the business user base
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system check processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT issues, security incidents, and service requests.
- Manage service and security incidents within a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs and meeting KPIs.
- Escalate more complex issues to 3rd line infrastructure as necessary.
- Monitor system and infrastructure availability and performance.
