Work

We support both international and national suppliers and agents; and during your apprenticeship you will gain essential office operations skills for your future.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Answer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions
- Support customers with a positive attitude, ensuring every concern is addressed effectively
Sales Support:
- Assist in sales efforts by generating quotations and providing customer service responsibilities
- Inputting and managing customer information accurately in our computer systems
Skills Development:
- Develop strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Gain exposure to office operations and logistics
