Summary
Utility Swopshop are looking for a bright and confident person to join the team and support the Commercial Director in day to day admin and new business opportunities. This remote role is a great opportunity to gain experience and skills whilst working towards a level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Supporting the commercial director to generate leads through targeted email campaigns
- Calling warm leads and house account customers for their renewals
- Managing appointment diary using Microsoft packages
- Inputting and maintaining data on CRM system
- Answering the telephone and scheduling meetings
- Working to deadlines
