Summary
Your role will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service to clients while supporting the finance team with a wide range of administrative tasks. You will engage directly with clients, handle queries and importing / creating documents - in our case management system.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Using written, electronic and verbal communications to chase any overdue payments.
- Sending our GUID links to clients
- Providing clients with updates via email and telephone, whilst managing their expectations
- Distributing team voicemails for action
- Importing post to our case management system
- Ensuring all ISO27001 requirements are met and adhered to
- Ensure daily work schedules are maintained
- Rectify any file queries to ensure files can be completed proactively
- Liaise with other departments, when necessary
- Process payments to clients and third parties
- Completing portal work and corresponding with the Court Funds Office
- Printing and stapling cheques to be sent out to clients and third parties
- Saving imported documents to the relevant locations

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- A-level education or minimum 6 GCSEs (grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent))
