Work

What you’ll do at work
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Commercial Property Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in commercial property, offering hands-on experience in various aspects of the business with potential for professional development.
- Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients and inquiries.
- Attending Viewings: Accompany clients on property viewings, showcasing features and answering questions to facilitate their decision-making process.
- Basic Administration: Support the team with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client Interaction: Assist in responding to client queries and following up as necessary to ensure excellent customer service.
- Learning Opportunities: Participate in training sessions and seek mentorship from experienced team members to enhance knowledge and skills in commercial property.
