Summary
Working in a small busy office you will cover everything from fetching milk to booking hotels, arranging ferry crossings, booking MOT's or services, taking meeting minutes, organising uniforms & PPE, as well as the everyday orders to type, deliveries to accept & parcels to send, which can involve import / export documentation & port clearances.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Ordering parts for Engineers - online & by email
- Accepting deliveries & sending small parcels
- Issue / Order PPE & Uniforms & keep stocks refreshed
- Keep Health & Safety portal training records current
- Book hotels
- Arranging ferry crossings & flights
- Keep up to date with Van MOT's / servicing etc.
