An exciting position for a Business Administration Apprentice role in a school office. This will be a front facing role working within the reception, taking telephone calls, updating systems, following GDPR. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, completion of routine forms, mail, and shredding
- Update manual and computerised records/manage information systems
- Undertake reception duties, and act as the first point of contact in response to telephone and face-to-face enquiries and sign-in visitors
- Arrange orderly and secure storage of supplies
- General basic administration tasks to support the day-to-day running of the school
