Summary
Our engineers work with you to keep lift/s safe and fully operational to meet the needs of all of those who travel in them. To achieve this we offer a range of maintenance contracts. As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will undertake general office admin including typing, photocopying/scanning, filing, post out, as well as other duties.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Tasks included in this role will be:
- Dealing directly with clients through email, telephone or face to face
- Sending quotations
- Invoicing
- Logging & allocating breakdowns to engineers, advising clients etc.
- Logging insurance data
- General office admin including typing, photocopying/scanning, filing, post out etc.
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Slight training to others on purposes of tasks
- Use of social media for the company
