Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will:
- Provide IT Support & Customer Service: Troubleshoot IT issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced staff in resolving complex technical problems.
- Engage in Networking Projects: Gain practical experience through various networking infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow IT technicians on daily tasks and projects.
- Maintain Network & Server Systems: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing network security measures.

Skills & Experience:
- Passion for IT: A genuine interest in technology is essential.
Self-Motivation: A strong desire to learn and grow within the role is crucial. - Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and support skills are a must.
- Driving License: Being a driver is essential for this position.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in service-based roles, along with knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, 365, Azure), is desirable.
