Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You would be;
- Working on reception
- answering phones
- Booking patients appointments
- Helping them with their queries
- Order prescriptions
- You can learn how to register patients, scan on post that comes in daily
- Learn how to do daily tasks that come from the doctors or nurses.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 3/D or above)
- Maths (grade 3/D or above)
