The successful candidate will have the chance to work as part of a friendly and effective team, assisting in the management of office functions with exposure to various departments for future progression following the apprenticeship.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
During the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will become an integral part of the Synergix Sameday team. Assisting in the day-to-day administrating and management of the office. This will include:
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues.
- Assisting in the management of financial and accounting related functions.
- Assisting the Director in management and administrative tasks for the business and office.
- Providing support to both the operations and sales teams with the opportunity to experience the roles for future progression.

The facilities at Stoke-on-Trent's near by Cauldon Campus (10 minute walk from workplace) can be utilised to assist in your learning and development.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade C/4 or above)
- Maths (grade C/4 or above)
