B Assured Law are looking for a keen, enthusiastic, conscientious apprentice to join their friendly team. Your role will include the following: Tasks & Duties; •Admin •Managing case files an internal CRM system • Scanning • Uploading documents •Invoicing •Preparing documents

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Scanning
- Uploading documents
- Completing online application
- Reading and understating client documents
- Preparing witness statements
- Managing client files on a CRM system
- General admin

- The apprentice will spend 5 days in the office
- One day per month in college for a workshop
- Assessor will visit the office every 4-6 weeks
- 6 hours every week 'off-the-job' - for studying, shadowing colleagues etc.
- All work to be uploaded to CRM system, Aptem

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
