Summary
Working as a key member of the Communications team, this role will be responsible for creating and publishing a weekly report on media coverage; a weekly report for members; creating and updating the quarterly comms activity planner and results dashboard and supporting the Digital Comms Officer with social media, photography and film.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- You will put together the weekly media coverage report and the weekly Member's Information Service.
- You will research and write our monthly events' newsletter.
- You will support the Digital Comms Officer with social media, photography, and film requirements,with a particular focus on, but not limited to, our community lottery and the future development
of the Churchgate shopping area of Hitchin. - Produce quarterly reports on website, social media and media relations performance.
You will be flexible with good oral and written communication skills. You should have the ability to work on a number of projects at any one time.
You will also have excellent attention to detail.

Learning will take place online within the workplace and you will meet remotely with a tutor regularly. Once the Apprenticeship is complete you will receive a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
