Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Handle enquiries and requests from new and existing customers effectively and efficiently such as requests for POD’s, stock availability, quotations, product queries (etc)
- Stay on top of client accounts, ensuring we follow through on promises and meet their needs.
- Generating reports for the senior leaders within the organization.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to support key accounts and projects.
- Liaising with other departments (Accounts, Purchasing, QA & Warehouse) where relevant to complete a customer or Senior Leader’s request.
- Offer support in all other administrative areas of the sales team such as order processing, stock allocations, web sales support (etc)
- Inbound & Outbound Calls as well as front of house.
