Summary
TCS CAD is looking to strengthen the team by introducing and helping develop a Business Administration Apprentice with a slight direction into sales. The successful candidate will be a customer sales-orientated, motivated individual with the desire to embark on a career in sales administration.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Main duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Take messages and pass them to the correct person.
- Answer email and phone call enquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist and follow up to our customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer sales and orders.
- Archive records when needed.
- Assist with various aspects of the business as needed.
- Photocopying and filing.
- Focus on adding value and contribute to the efficiency of the organisation.
- Provide support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.

4 weeks annual holiday plan and opportunities for professional development.
