Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To provide administrative support for the company
- Answering routine telephone enquiries, taking messages, and forwarding them onto the relevant person as required
- Email correspondence with customers to arrange access to properties on the scheduled dates
- Typing documents and reports
- Data entry into our asset maintenance software
- Complete general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, opening and distribution of mail

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- 4 Subjects including English and Maths (grade grades 9-4 (A*-C))
