Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website content.
- Help in creating and curating engaging content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
Email Marketing:
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Assist in A/B testing to optimise email effectiveness.
Website Management:
- Update website content and assist in basic SEO practices to enhance search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytical tools to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Assist in managing CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting customer segmentation strategies.
- Support lead-generation efforts through various digital channels.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing.
