Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Data Management: Collect, analyse, and report on data to support business operations.
- Data Entry: Input employee and client data accurately into various operational platforms.
- Data Security: Maintain data security and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot business systems and assist with technical upgrades and maintenance.
- Document Handling: Send and receive electronic documents and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering stock.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Training Compliance: Complete all educational and training requirements as specified in the apprenticeship programme.
- General Duties: Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
