Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Work as part of the team to deliver world-class customer service, including answering phone calls and enquiry emails
- To support the fulfilment of the Barmy Army’s ticketing schedule.
- To fulfil orders of merchandise and other items from the warehouse dispatch system
- Support our retail operation at sporting events across the UK
- Understand and process internal systems including back-end website systems
- Reporting of key business metrics such as membership and ticket sales
- Data entry and use of IT systems
- Exporting key business data to relevant partners such as membership information and sales orders
- Effectively support the finance team with administration tasks.
- Working proactively with other team members to ensure all requirements are met
- Be a flexible and proactive team member offering support to all aspects of the business as and when required
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. Emprise Group Limited and Boom Training will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you complete your apprenticeship studies.

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:
- Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
- You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
- You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
- End-Point Assessment (online)
- Occasional group classes with other learners
- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
- Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds
