Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Maintain and update data within CRM and HR systems (HRMIS).
- Support data entry and ensure accuracy across systems
- Liaise with external providers (travel companies, hotels, etc.)
- Assist in managing diaries and scheduling for key personnel
- Review and update onboarding processes and HR policies
- Organise internal events and support HR initiatives
- Maintain compliance systems and uphold information security policies

Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SQL Azure.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- any subject -- x3 (grade 4+ (A-C))
- English (grade 3+ (D or above))
- Maths (grade 3+ (D or above))
