We are seeking an enthusiastic Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our lively and supportive team. Working within our Marketing team, you will be supported throughout your qualification, with hands-on experience to complement your learning. From creative projects to handling important administrative tasks, you'll be at the heart of it all!

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties
- Assist with day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties
- Undertaking administrative duties supporting various HR processes
- Compile and maintain employee records
- Assist with the starters and leavers process
- Co-ordinating new starter induction plans
- Undertaking duties to support the recruitment and selection function including arranging interviews
- Assist Policy Director with the production of internal newsletters
- Support with editorial activities for external communication content
- Support with handing stock and managing relevant inboxes
- Assist with day-to-day administrative communications duties
- Daily monitoring of UK news agenda to identify relevant news stories or communications opportunities

- You will undertake Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Standard
- Multi-channel marketer/Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
- You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed
- You will undertake both on and off-the-job job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience

Other requirements
You must be able to travel to and from work and college. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
