Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide 1st line support - Respond accordingly to teacher and student IT support requests
- Configure hardware
- Support with password resets
- Upgrade and download software
- Ensure all IT equipment is functioning to the best of its ability
- Escalate IT issues as and where needed
