Summary
This opportunity requires a customer focused person to work in a busy office, giving admin support. The role will be office based in Headingley, and the duties will be varied, ranging from assisting with general administration and customer correspondence to assistance on client matters, where confidentiality and discretion are vital.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Email and Microsoft office
- Database maintenance
- Support work to conveyancing department
- Maintaining filing system
- File opening
- Storage and archiving of files
- Dealing with customer queries and requests
- Stationary/orders/refuse
- Kitchen tidying

- One day per month attending a workshop at Bradford College (can be done remotely)
- Skills coach will visit the office every 4-6 weeks
