Summary
MSB Property Maintenance are offering an opportunity for a Business Administration apprentice to join their team based in St Austell. This role will give you valuable on-the-job experience, including using an in-house CRM system, Excel, and answering the phone and emails, whilst working towards an industry recognised qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Using an inhouse CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
- Use of Excel
- Answer phones
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Create job packs for the wider team
- Attend weekly meetings with local authority
- Schedule and plan jobs
- Generic administrative duties to support the office manager

- The apprenticeship consists of a mixture of off the job training and on the job mentoring and development within the workplace
- You will be required to attend St Austell College fortnightly, with some elements of the course are delivered online
