Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working within all areas of the development lifecycle
- Write logical and maintainable code to produce software solutions to meet the design and coding standards. Coding languages used include Flutter, Framework, and Dart for the frontend. Python for back end and Data science.
- Identify and apply appropriate bug fixes such as functional errors, unit-level bugs, system-level bugs, logical errors
- Make connections between code and data sources – work on projects that involve integrating code with various data sources, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in handling, manipulating, and retrieving data within different coding environments.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues on projects and tasks will be mainly internal colleagues at first and then as they work, will get introduced to more third parties and clients.
- Apply appropriate software design approaches and patterns using view model architecture for front end, domain-driven design for back end
- Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
