Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic business admin apprentice to join our experienced and friendly team. This varied role will provide you with a wealth of administration and customer service experience. We will provide you with full support and assistance throughout your qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
General duties including:
- Delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
- Processing UK and Offshore company formations and bank account applications
- Checking and preparing of legal documents
- Managing a busy email inbox with orders and enquiries from clients
- Checking clients identification documents in line with money laundering regulations
- Providing clients with regular updates on applications
- Liaising with Government Authorities including Companies House and HMRC and offshore agents
- Preparing legal documentation to be notarised and legalised in the UK and overseas
- Maintain in house postal system
- Creating and updating Social Media accounts
- Researching and creating newsletters

Other requirements
