We have an exciting opportunity to join our small team of qualified professionals as a Pharmacy Apprentice. Our pharmacy is a fast paced environment so we are looking for a hardworking individual that is keen to learn. Reliability and a friendly disposition are important as we pride ourselves on delivering high levels of customer service.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Dispensing of medication to patients
- Over counter sales of non-prescription medication
- Check and monitor prescription slips
- Health & Safety Responsibility
- Observing COVID Restrictions and Guidelines
- Use of Patient Record Systems and use of smart card
- Data Entry relating to medication
- Labelling and Dispensing
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Numerate
- Working within a team environment
- Liaison with Doctors surgery and health professionals
