Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and
work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Serve on trade counter
- Answer phone to take sales orders
- Process paperwork
- Learn stock items as well as checking stock
- Process deliveries and package orders for customers
- Learn basic bench locksmith
- Ensure the shop floor is tidy and meets health and safety requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any queries regarding products/the service
