Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
This opportunity allows for the apprentice to work in a small intimate environment with vast experience in all departments; Enabling the apprentice to be a part of all discussions and planning within the company.
You will receive training in:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to various department
- Communicating with clients through email and building positive relationships with them
- Preparing documents through editing and printing
- Managing the recruitment inbox for potential candidates that will suit the current roles needing to be filled
- Assisting with the management of company candidate database
- Supporting various departments with administration
- Attendance of company meetings
- Screening of candidate certification – validation and competency checks
- Assistance in company marketing including social media
- Booking training, travel and accommodation for personnel
- Working along side all the departments and working collaboratively with all in the office

- Maths (grade 4/C)
