Summary
We have a great new role at SJP Law as a Business Support Apprentice. In this role, you will be assisting the wider team at SJP Law in several different capacities such as dealing with documents for the legal staff and general day-to-day office administration duties.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To undertake training to provide an effective, all-round service, as part of the Finance & Admin team
- To provide administrative support to Corporate Services and Reception as well as Computer Operations, Cashiers and Human Resources when required.
- To provide reception cover during busy periods or when staff are on holiday.
- General administration duties including: Photocopying, scanning, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, archiving and destruction of documents, printing letters, sending emails, adding documents to the case management system, answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate person, greeting clients on arrival at the office

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
