Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Support in the input of data onto CRM system.
- Monitoring and ensuring that emails are responded to in a timely manner (within 48 hours of receipt), forwarding/ filing emails to appropriate colleges and or files.
- Co-ordinate meetings and organise rooms and requirements when necessary.
- Supporting the whole team (programmes, communications and fundraising).
- To be responsible in assisting in the organisation of volunteers on match days and non-match days.
- To assist in the distribution of minimum standards.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- Work towards gaining a full Qualification.
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
- Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours.
- Standard and End Point Assessment.
- Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required).
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Maths and English (grade 4-9)
