In addition to general office administration, the role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial properties and sites, along with liaising with Tenants and Contractors and assisting with ongoing maintenance and management issues.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Office administration including but not limited to:
- Making and receiving telephone calls.
- Sending and receiving emails.
- Researching tasks.
- Arranging meetings.
- Assisting with arranging contract works.
- Liaising with Tenants and Site Staff.
- Managing customer information.
- Data management, input and analysis.

GCSE or equivalent in:
