Once you’ve successfully achieved your licence with our excellent trainers (typically by the second month of your apprenticeship), you can earn anywhere from £28.1k to £36.2 in year one alone, without doing any overtime. This rises with length of service, to as much as £33.5k to £44.9k after five years.
Duties will include:
- Safeguard customers, employees, general public, pedestrians, vehicle and other road in relation to current passenger carrying vehicles (PCV) driving regulations, health and safety legislation, company policies and procedures
- Report any accident or incident that involves injury, damage to any customer, pedestrian or third-party property or vehicle damage following company procedures
- Follow company procedures when dealing with a failure, breakdown or non-vehicle problem to support continuity of service

Your training plan
- You will be enrolled onto the Level 2 Passenger Transport Bus Driver Apprenticeship, which we deliver in partnership with industry experts Realise
- As part of the 13-month apprenticeship, you will obtain your Passenger Carrying Vehicle licence and Drivers Qualification Card within the first 2 months
- The apprenticeship will give you a blended training experience, combining practical driver training with educational classroom sessions. During your apprenticeship, you will receive: Practical on the road training, enabling you to secure your PCV licence Route/Vehicle familiarisation 8 classroom sessions delivered by our industry expert partners (Realise)
- 10 maths & English sessions, enabling you to secure a minimum of a Level 1 Qualification in both subjects
