Cranswick is hiring HR Apprentices in our Eastern region. We have 3 exciting new opportunities at Cranswick Country Foods, Crown Farms, Wayland Farms, and Cranswick Fresh Poultry. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including:
- Recruitment
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
You will support the team in delivering a high-quality HR service while learning and developing your own HR skills and knowledge.

- The apprentice will be working towards the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
- Monthly classroom attendance in Norwich with our partners Blue Sky Professional Development.
- A People Professional Level 5 Appprenticeship Standard may be available if the successful candidate has relevant qualifications or experience.

GCSE in:

Other requirements
You will sometimes need to visits other sites in our region (and occasionally beyond), so you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car. Our roles are within the food and farming industry and our factory processing sites have abattoirs within them. Whilst you do not need to visit this area if you do not wish to, you do need to be comfortable with the concept that this process is taking place within our environment.
